My name is Irina Antonova. I have been an entrepreneur since 2009, a co-founder of my own ventures, and a strategist for client projects. Since COVID, my work has been at the intersection of AI, investments, and operational management. My professional path spans multiple industries and environments: international projects, new product creation, post-management phases, work with AI startups, and investment logic.

This experience has taught me the most important skill: to notice what others do not see. To view situations holistically, build non-traditional systems from existing components, remove the unnecessary, add the right people with unconventional thinking, and take ideas all the way to monetization. I am not interested in presentations or formal titles; what matters to me is thinking two or three moves ahead, small teams that are willing to learn, and transforming shared energy into a profitable product or service.

In my work, I value strategic thinking, long-term partnerships, and flexibility in the face of rapid change. I prefer working in a small, trusted circle, with clear agreements and well-defined goals. I always speak openly about processes, decisions, and my position.

In today’s crowded business landscape of personal brands, I consider transparency and reputation to be key assets. They are what build trust for me and enable the creation of strong, sustainable success stories.

In the portfolio, there are projects at different stages of development. Among the most representative case studies are Ozonaria and Gemsit. Within these projects, I acted as a strategic and operational partner, responsible for vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, with a strong focus on hypothesis validation, product economics, and GTM execution.

In 2024, my daughter and I made the decision to join forces under the baib project. This step allowed me to apply the entrepreneurial and management experience I have accumulated over the years, while she contributed deep technological expertise and a systematic approach to product development.
As a result, a strong tandem and an effective working team was formed, covering key functions:

    Selection and Alignment of Frameworks
    I work with projects at different stages of development, each of which goes through a preliminary selection and structuring process. For projects of interest, we connect via a communication channel convenient for you and discuss the key parameters: the task, the roles of the parties, the expected outcome, and the format of involvement.
    Once mutual interest is confirmed, we proceed to formalize the arrangements. All terms of cooperation are documented in an agreement, including roles and responsibilities, the financial model, timelines, stages, and control milestones. Parameters are agreed upon in advance—this is the foundation of a stable and predictable partnership.

    Transparent Compensation Model

    My fee structure is flexible—ranging from a fixed percentage to a pre-agreed amount—depending on the format of involvement, project complexity, and level of engagement. All terms are discussed before the start of work and do not change during the process without mutual consent.
    This approach eliminates uncertainty and allows both sides to focus on meaningful work rather than renegotiating agreements.

    Execution and Accountability for Results
    The work then focuses on the implementation of the agreed decisions. I support the project within the scope of the approved role, concentrating on strategy, structure, key management decisions, and progress toward the stated outcome.
    Each party clearly understands its area of responsibility, level of involvement, and expected result. This clarity is what allows trust to be maintained, risks to be reduced, and long-term cooperation to be built—not on promises, but on delivered commitments.

In my work, I am nomadic, but my main points of presence remain in Italy, on the Ligurian coast in Bordighera, near the border with Monaco, as well as in Switzerland, in the canton of Ticino,
in the city of Lugano.
In-person meetings are possible anywhere in the world by prior arrangement.
