I work with projects at different stages, each going through an initial selection and structuring process. For any project that is of interest, we discuss the task, roles, expected outcomes and the format of participation. When there is mutual interest, all terms — roles, financial structure, timing and stages — are defined in advance and formalised in an agreement.
The compensation model is structured and adjusted to the level of involvement and complexity of the task. It varies from a fixed fee to an agreed percentage. All conditions are approved in advance and do not change without mutual consent. The focus is always on the result.
The work is built around the execution of the agreed solutions. I accompany the project within the scope of my role, focusing on strategy, structure and progress toward the defined outcome. Each side has a clearly defined area of responsibility, which reduces risks and establishes trust and long-term collaboration.
In-person meetings are possible anywhere in the world by prior arrangement.
